Just wanted to add that Organic Church might just better described as Organic . . . as we, the followers of Jesus, are the church. When Papa God creates . . . it is organic. Sometimes in very interesting ways . . .
We tend to muck things up when we think we can improve upon the original design . . .
Which is not a knock against creativity/imagination/discovery . . . many things have been hidden for our sheer joy of discovery. Prayer for wisdom and discernment of what we discover (and what to do with it) is a good thing.
The Quest is not to come up with a dazzling catch-phrase for marketing purposes (Ech!!! Danger, Danger Will Robinson! Run!).
The Quest is to be authentic foundationally (and that foundation is a Person: Jesus), first in relationship vertically and then taking that relationship horizontally into the market place . . . and the work place and where-ever else the Wild Goose leads us.

I hope your words will provoke a paradigm shift for all who read them. My heart's cry in all the melee that has occured is:
"Where is the Love anf Grace?!?"
For all those who relish in "slicing -n- dicing"; Give they no thought to what they have done when they take communion? 1 Cor. 11:17-29 is more than just proper protocol about eating and drinking.
It's about how we treat each other, even when one knows they are completely right and the other isn't.
I love your heart and feistiness.
Keep pasionately pursuing Papa God, Jesus and Ruach Kodesh.

I take it you were under Curious on mike's blog.. LOL... seems we were writing at the same time.. so - loved your last post... had me weeping actually - So i did respond... as well, but on that note, - i don't know how much more i will respond to "nat"-
he's got his views on things- and he doesn't know some of the stuff i walked thru as well... so arguing isn't gonna solve anything..
just when ya read the tone in things, (which ya can in how people phrase things)- it just pisses me off, because most of those that come thru our door - are seeking the Love of Abba- and correction and teaching... but unless the correction and teaching comes from a loving spirit... it's just not heard. - and give more ammo to the enemy, cuz the ones that i've encountered would never cross a church threshold, because they see to much of the in-fighting that goes on. I know in some of my response - i've added to that .... i just have a hard time being quiet when it gets my dander up. _----- Plus i'm a female, and there aren't that many out there in the blog world or in the Emerging (i wouldn't call myself Emergent - i know those guys... and do love 'em... but if you read my blog post on "minding the gap" - you'll understand why i'm saying that.)-
I try and keep it real.. and won't always agree with what's out there... but i detest it when it turns in to some theological fire fight...
Gotta go back to the beginning of things....

Anywho, the call is to walk in Love and Grace. I confess I do not do so perfectly all the time. It's a journey and I am learning. The warrior part of me has been going through some paradigm shifts . . .
I have learned wisdom is choosing your battles. But I totally understand that sometimes the urge to fight can be hard to resist!
