Spiritual Disciplines: Not a set of tools but more akin to markers/road signs on the map. They are not the destination but rather point to the destination and position us for the journey.
Since there are a plethora of sites on the internet that contain detailed information/variations, I will skip going in-depth. Instead I shall list the common “road signs” that help us stay aligned on the journey.
Prayer, Fasting, Study, Meditation, Worship, Fellowship, Solitude, Service.
The Journey is living this life following Jesus, with the whole of our being.
Physically, intellectually and spiritually. Justification (by Faith) is immediate. Sanctification is a process. And it is a process that is walked out in journey.
